Yeah, with that podcast that wins the world. Go. Oh my God. He looks like Ash from the end of Alien.

Usually Dave I could just open my throat and like it's down. Now grab a drink and enjoy the show. Oh right everybody. One other day in the Sings Happy Hour podcast, as always, we are brought to you by Hardhide Panchatula Strawberry Whiskey.

Yeah, Chilton County Peach Whiskey. I got Dave. I got Andrew with me. Thomas running the show back up.

Paul and Kevin canceled. I don't know what is going on. He had like five minutes ago. He's like a motor guy's but so he's not with us but we'll get through it.

Thanks everybody. I'm going to fuck each other next. Maybe if you listen to behind the scenes, you know Thomas is on it. People in the chat, Justin, Jay, Jason, champagne, Jay, Jay, Jay, openheimer.

Who'd that goal for Fresno, Saint. So many to go through. Thanks for this. It's a busy night on the live stream.

We appreciate you guys joining us as the Saints are officially in. We're officially in the Austin's now know Super Bowl on tonight's show. We're going to recap the Super Bowl. We're talking about Chuck getting his money going on.

Derek Carr, Mega Trade possibilities and part two of our predictions recap from 2025. Where do we go right? Where do we go wrong? And a weekend story time that we didn't prepare for it all.

So it'll be new for everyone. As always, if we reach $100 in the nation, I'll drink something horrible to Patience and send me Andrew. Vinnie and Maine, he was amazing. He sent me much.

He said Ralph, why haven't you drank in the OJ Anderson Bjork? So this is OP Anderson. I don't know what it tastes like, but I'll do that. Or Jason's an or coffee whiskey.

I'll drink either one if we return it. I was Thomas. How far are we away from Ralph's crippled run? All right, so as you can see, we on 130 week, we could go.

Three-thousanders. We can go 26. We can make it 25 tonight. And let's see.

The people of Canada, someone of the throne, they're two feet. We got an open-himer office perch. We got to get that done. So the Super Bowl, just random thoughts.

The game sucked. But I want to start here with my thought about the game. So Bad Bunny was doing a halftime show and I know people were fake mad online about all these fucking Spanish, but I was curious because my wife is her native language is Spanish. She, her parents were alive.

Her parents were alive. I was in the garden and she didn't speak a word of English. And they're like, good luck kid. Figure it out.

So that's her native language. So I'm, we were watching it and I'm like, is he saying things controversial? Is he, what's he doing? Is he like, railing on Trump?

And she's like, I only understand like a third of it. The poor, I can accent it. I don't understand it. I don't, he's talking too fast.

I don't understand what the hell he's saying. And I'm like, but you speak Spanish. She's like, there list me. The poor, I don't understand it.

So I was like, I mean, that's funny. I thought, it's to be fair. She could, she barely knew what that I do. You know, well, you know, I've heard this, but to be fair, if Pearl Jam was up there, you can't, don't tell me you understand anything.

Don't tell me, you know, all of them, you know, a box around a bag. I don't know what's going on. Pearl Jam is, Pearl Jam is mediocre guitar riffs and mumbles. That's all I don't.

I don't think that's a cultural thing. I think that's a musical thing. So I'm going to look at Kevin's not here. I feel like Kevin would be outraged by what you just said, Ralph.

I actually don't disagree with you. It's a lot of, but, you know, I think I feel like I need to say something on behalf of Kevin because he would be deeply. Well, I'll say that one last thing. My son has gotten into Pearl Jam and he really loves the song, Even Flow, and he thinks it's really funny to talk to my wife in the Pearl Jam, Even Flow, like ask her, like, mom, I want dinner.

He like mumbles, and says, I want to coke. It's, it was funny. We're going to like three weeks of it. It's not funny anymore.

That's really rough. Is he still preferring stone temple pilots? Yeah, you only likes one Pearl Jam song, even flow. That's the only Pearl Jam song he likes.

No, I don't want to go to bed. Yeah. It was funny for like three weeks, Dave. Now it's not it's not it's lost.

It's lost. That was my that was my super bowl. Dave, what are your super bowl thoughts? And look at these blowouts keep happening.

We'll care about the commercials again. Well, look, I got to be honest, at halftime, I switched over to the to watch the Kid Rock, a half time show and it was so great. Like any good red blood of the American, I did my civic duty and switched over and I was so good. I totally forgot to go back.

I didn't even watch the second half. I didn't even watch the second half of the game. Ah, I just got stuck watching the turning point. You say, um, no, my, my, okay, I'll say this one.

Look, I don't normally, I sometimes I'll throw a bet out there or whatever during the season on a random game on draft Kings. You know, but the Super Bowl, like I'll go heavy. Like that's when I'll throw a bunch of bets out there. I love all the props stuff and I'm doing all your regular bets.

Okay, the Kenneth Walker 70 yard or whatever was touchdown run at the very end that got called back because of the holding penalty. That was the over. We missed the over. And so we, I lost that bet and I'm assuming a lot of other gamblers out there this Sunday.

Yeah. Ralph, you know, you were probably yelling and screaming in curse and saying, Hey, go, go, go. Whoever that either. So I'm going to give it to that alignment.

That's my pre-center of the week. Also, did you notice it was adorable? The fly over? Did you see the fly over?

They had all those planes and then they had that one last plane that was behind it. It was like a lost puppy. It was like, it fell behind and he was just like trying to catch up. I thought that plane was adorable.

And then my other thoughts, yeah, it was a lame game. I mean, I hate to see it. I would love to never see these teams in the Super Bowl for another 20 years if I'm being done. I went in Super Bowls.

It is. I'm sorry. He's saying I'm not Rushmore of I can't believe you want a Super Bowl along with Brad, Brad Johnson and Trent Dilfer. Wow, no, hold on, let's address that though.

I think that that's not fair. Like, Sam Darnold has been good when he's on good teams. I think what this proves is that like football is a team sport. Like, like he was on shitty teams and he's good when he's on good teams.

Like, maybe he's not good enough to elevate a team to be great, but he's certainly good enough. Obviously, to win a Super Bowl and to get a lot of wins when he's got an offense to work with. But also, like, let's give it up. Like, yeah, well, let's give it up.

That's what I was about to say. Like, come on, like both both defense for both of these teams were great. I mean, like, you know, the culture might be changing in the NFL. Like Mike, Mike McDonald, he what he calls defensive plays, right?

Doesn't he's like the first coach he does ever. Yeah. I mean, I guess I guess really quick on the halftime show, I feel like there's so many people that are outraged. There's so many people who like over index.

Oh my gosh, that was amazing. The only thing I'll share about halftime shows is that in my career, before my career now, where I used to book bands, I probably booked four halftime shows in NFL stadiums. And first of all, it's the worst gig in the world because you have to send them a track that gets pre-approved. You have to go in studio and record that track.

It then gets approved and then you have to lip sync to it. So, I mean, there's a ton of production. I mean, there's it's cool in the sense that you have Easter eggs, right? Like you had Jessica Alba, you had like these random people that were dropped into it.

All the way, she had made the day. No, she looked great. I agree. But, you know, so like, there's Easter eggs.

There's like, and obviously it was heavily produced. And there were some cool elements to that where they like kind of set up this like whole Puerto Rican vibe. And there's a pop up bar. And I don't know, like, there were cool visual elements, but like, that's a halftime show for you.

It's going to be like, it's going to be lip synced. It's going to be pre-approved music. Like, it's not, to me, as as someone who's booked music and is part of that and or used to be part of that industry, like it's not live music. It's purely performative.

And it's purely production value. So, I mean, it is what it is. Like, I look at all the Super Bowl halftime shows and I hate them all pretty much because it's not, you know, so it's like, this was just another one that I kind of hated, but it's a difference. But anyway, like, it's funny to me that some people love it.

Some people hate it. To me, it's like, it is what it is. As far as the game's concerned, like, I always bring it back to the Saints because like, that's, you know, like, I'm a Saints fan. So, I kind of like, how does this affect us?

What does this mean for our team moving forward? And I just kind of look at like the last, first of all, like, it felt like not that great of a Super Bowl. Like you guys said, it felt like a fraudulent Super Bowl in the sense that I didn't really see a team where I'm like, Oh God, like amazing team. They deserve to win.

I watched New England and I was like, on this given Sunday, there's like 17 teams that would have beat them. Dude, Saints with Tyler Shock would have beat them. Yeah. And I watched Seattle and I'm Seattle's a pretty good team.

Like, probably would have lost like four or five NFL teams on that given Sunday. Like, it's not like they were very good. So, you know, I get it like the attrition of the season and both teams with their quarterbacks injured were kind of limping into the Super Bowl. But I now look at like, I mean, let's think about the dynasty that was the 49ers with Montana or the dynasty that was Tom Brady with the Patriots were the dynasty of Patrick Mahomes, right?

And the Chiefs, like, there's none of that going on right now. We've now seen three different Super Bowl champions in three separate years back to back to back. And I don't look at Seattle is like, Oh, yeah, they're definitely going to repeat like, who could beat them? I don't feel that way at all.

I don't feel like New England is getting back to the Super Bowl at all. So, and by the way, that that team that was coached by Dennis Allen that you hated so much, those sorry ass Saints, they almost beat Philadelphia a year ago. I don't know if you remember that, but like three had them on the ropes. We should have won that game.

Those sorry ass Saints at the Super Bowl champion Eagles on the rope. So I just look at it as like, I mean, look, the Saints could easily make the wrong moves and win five games next year. But I feel like it's wide open. And in fact, if you look at it, rewind a year ago, the Patriots were awful, but the Seahawks were not a playoff team.

They were not very good. So these are two teams that didn't make the playoffs that got to the Super Bowl. I mean, that doesn't mean the Saints necessarily go anywhere, but we played in a week division. There's no signs that our division is going to be like world beaters next year.

And like two teams that didn't make the playoffs and one that was outright bad kind of turned things around in one off season. So like what that told me is that the NFL is wide freaking open. The margins are really small. And that gives me even more hope that we're an ascending team that can maybe make some noise.

Dave, I have a question for you from the Patriots 2024 draft. Who has more players from it on their team, the Patriots or the Saints? Obviously, this is a trick question. So I'll go with the Saints.

They both have one and the Saints have Jaylin Polk. So like, my point is it wasn't like New England went from really bad and like, oh, they had two like ridiculous drafts in a row. And that's how they got the Super Bowl. No, they found their quarterback and they had a really good free agency.

And they played a bunch of dog shit quarterbacks in the playoffs. Like, I agree with Andrew. Like the NFL is sort of like in this transition where like, there's no dominant team. So like if the Saints can hit there, if they can hit free agency and have a good off season, you can be there, right?

Like really fast. And listen, Seattle, they might lose kind of Walker, Kuberks going to the Raiders. They got to hire another OC. And let me tell you, they might hit a home run like Kuberks or they might be Tampa and hit and bust and have to and they're higher.

Another guy, Mike McDonald's hiring his his third OC a year from now. So I just think that that's the thing that I took from the Super Bowl as far as the Saints. Like it's it's it's wide open. And Dave, I'm even more committed to making movements doing making movements activities and free agency like spend all the money.

No, no, no, my God, no, no, like, look, I get what like, there's the ultimate goal is the same for for me and for you and for Andrew, like, we all just want to win the Super Bowl. There's a way to do it wisely and not necessarily, you know, do it the way that they did it last time when they had re-breathe and do the whole kicking can kicking the can down the road and getting yourself in Capitol. Like we are finally now just crawling out of that position and I would really love nothing more than to stay in good shape and not go back into that situation. And I don't think that you have to do that.

I don't think that's a wise decision. I think we've seen that that's not well, you know, it could have worked out. It could have worked out. It could have worked out.

Dave, I agree with you. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.

Yeah. I agree with you, Dave. The only like slight disagreement, I would say is that I don't know that like my goal is for the Saints to win a Super Bowl. Like I just feel like when you get to the playoffs and you're in a single elimination tournament, I mean, we've seen it right.

Like we've seen the ridiculous things that can happen to you in a playoff game. And I mean, look at Josh Allen, like the bills have gotten crippled by horrific losses. I mean, that's been as traumatic as being a Saints fan, I think, being a Josh Allen fan. But so I guess my point is I obviously I would love for the Saints to win a Super Bowl.

But when I look at my goal, it's like get into the tournament with a really good team and have a chance is what I want to build towards. And obviously I want my team to win the Super Bowl. But I feel like this pie in the sky, win the Super Bowl is so binary and so like you're so exposed to luck and one referee call or one fumble by Jared Cook or, you know, like, that's like it's like, for me to say, like that's the goal. It's exposed to too many like random occurrences.

But like, like I'm serious, like if I had a team that was consistently 12 and 5, 13 and 4 and like in the playoffs for multiple years in a row and just in it with a shot, like that's that's what I want to build. And then whatever happens happens, you know. And to your and to your point, and look, I think that's fine. I'll share in that goal with you.

I'll I'll come down a little bit and meet you there. But to your point, like, that's an even more attainable goal and that's even easier to achieve, which should be, which means it should be even more attainable to do without blowing up your cap, without making stupid decisions without being without being rash. Let's just be smart. Let's be smart.

And let's keep, let's keep, you know, let's make ourselves relevant year over year. The poster just shooting for the weekend. Throw me a few there. Open.

We have a cute donation. It's taking us over the end. Crazy. Dave, Rafael Bush, baby.

You want my high leads? I'm a Saints don't spend $50 million on my birthday in free agency. I'm going to be very upset. All right.

So I'm going to drink OJ Anderson. Oh, it's also, you know, also thanks for the previous donation from she got a ring away from the message Dave talking common sense is shocking. Tell Ralph to shut up. I don't want the point for you, nation.

Andrew, this is clear, but it smells exactly like malort. Whoa, maybe you saw that my lot knock off. I don't know. All right, let's go.

Now I'm scared. My lot not from Sweden. Whoa, well, it's bracing for it. Oh, wow.

Dude, it's like, it's like malort with a little bit of spice. Oh my God. Is that a nine then? Oh, and the hard hide won't even make it go away.

That's a nine Thomas. All right. Oh, nice. So I'm the next.

You're the best as always. Coffee. Coffee whiskey. So Thomas, we sent, I sent you some video. This is what I want to talk about. I didn't give a damn about the Super Bowl. Thomas shark gets his Mardi Gras on in the crew of pig million Dave.

Wow. At the same time, Derek car decides to on retire allegedly. Look at this. He is he is throwing lasers and true.

Like, like just absolute frozen, like, I should have picked them up the float. We got to come up the float just like they kicked those guys off a float 10 and carolton this weekend. Oh, what was he drinking there? Oh, yeah, he sounded that beer.

He's drinking bush light. He's too old to be doing that. I mean, you can't be too. Can't be over 70 25 and drink a bush light.

I mean, I do feel like the beads he's kind of lightly tossing those, but like the footballs, he's really like, well, they're from their phone and they're phone and that you got to go deep. I understand that day, but it just it just I just watched what would really romanticize the idea of him as our starting quarterback was how he would kind of. Heather of the ball 30 yards down the field. It would be a deep completion to Joanne Johnson because he dropped the ball in the bucket and it was perfectly accurate.

This just looks like a savage. This looks like Godzilla just grabbing a car and chucking it, you know, down the Tokyo. I wish so that this doesn't look like there's any accuracy involved. This just looks like a savage.

And so yeah, I don't know. This isn't my quarterback. This isn't what I signed up for. Well, no, I wish I would, I couldn't find the picture, Andrew.

They had him with one of those little Mardi Gras purple and gold footballs and they had a picture of him and he looked locked in like it was third and six with a minute and a half to go and he's got to, he's got to throw a rope to allow me and the tweet was like, I feel bad for whoever was on the end of that one. Like he was locked in. But here's my question, Dave. I was not late.

I was out there. I was out there myself. No, I was on the podium. So this was this was early.

Did you scream at him to throw a catchable baldave? No, my buddy Brad Brad Knapp. He was yelling at him, though. He was mentioning.

Yeah, no, yeah, Brad see, he was riding with Foster was on his side. I don't know who was on the other side, but there were other Saints players on the float. I wanted to mention that I know we're all in love with shock. It was injury.

It was the injury parade. It was Sal de Vary and the coin. I hope Sal de Vary didn't get injured getting on and off the floor. Anyway, but Chuck Chuck looked fine.

Chuck looked fine to me. But again, that was early in the parade, but he looked great. I'm glad he had fun. He deserves it.

He's about to be a dad. This is like one last hurrah and a pig million kick butt. Congrats to my buddy Jack Rosuto, who runs the whole show over there and puts a pig million together. And he booked Marshmallow for their after parade ball.

He was excited about that. Do you think Tyler Shucks wife when he was like, hey, honey, I'm leaving? You think she told him as she's like nine months fully nine months pregnant, she's like, she pulled him close and she's like, you better enjoy this one, buddy, because it's the last one you're ever going to have. I think he knew.

I think he did. He did. He lived it. Yeah.

I mean, do you remember Ralph what it was like when? Look, I think we all remember when your wife is due with the first kid. It is the biggest mind fuck because you're basically due and it could be any second. It could be any day.

But usually you wait like two or three weeks, right? So you're kind of on call and you're waiting for your cell phone to buzz and it says like, yeah, my water broke or yeah, it's time to go. But you don't really know when it's going to hit. So like you kind of continue to live your life like it's like things are normal, but you know that it can get interrupted.

It's driving to drop any minute. Yeah, I wasn't. It is a brutal existence. And obviously, I don't know that it gets any different with subsequent kids.

But anyway, yeah, like I think deep down he knows like I better chucky footballs as hard as I can. I better pound some bush lights because the party's about to be over. Here's my here's my question, Dave. I feel like.

Oh, oh, she. Oh, I did. I feel like Dave. What's that?

I don't know. I hit the wrong button. I'm sorry. I hit the wrong button.

That's all that was. I think I spoke. Give me a couple more. I feel like Dave that Tyler Shuck being in the parade and embracing New Orleans fully makes us hate Derek Carr even more.

And my proof is when they announced that he's coming back basically announced he's coming back he wants to play some more people were extra mean to him. And I feel like it's because we love we love Tyler Shuck so much. We haven't forgotten about Derek Carr. We hate him even more.

I don't think it's because we love Tyler Shuck so much. I think it's I think it's that we have confidence like, you know, now we know we got our guy and so now we can talk shit like Tyler Shuck is like the big guy that's like holding us back. Like if he wasn't there, like, there would be nobody holding us back and we would keep our mouth shut because we would get our ass kicked. But now the Tyler Shuck is there holding us back.

We can yell and scream and act tough and be like, yeah, we hated you this whole time. I think you guys got this all wrong. I actually think this abates the Derek Carr hatred. And let me tell you why.

This feels like, okay, you have the toxic relationship, right? With your ex been dating them. You kind of hate your ex, but it's one of those situations where while you were dating them, you were like, is it going to get any better than this? Should I stick around?

Because I'm not really sure if what's waiting for me on the other side is going to be any better. So I'm afraid to break up. I'm going to stick with this person, right? And that's the relationship with Derek Carr, right?

That's that's your quarterback. And so then you break up, right? And after the breakup, you go through, you go, go on a couple of dates, you have your Kevin experiences, right? You go on these dates, they're awful.

It's not working out for you. It's terrible. But then you find a love of your life, right? And you find a love of your life and you're completely smitten.

And you don't hate your ex more. You're thrilled that you found the love of your life. And I'll go a step further. There is a scenario where he's coming out of retirement and you're getting a pick back for him.

So like, to me, the analogy here is you found the love of your life. You're hating your ex a little bit less. And you get the dog back, you get like the like the puppy or whatever that the ex kept not only do you get a new girlfriend who is 10 times better, but your ex calls you up and is like, Oh, hey, by the way, remember that car that I that you love that I drive? I'm just gonna let you have that.

Remember that puppy that you were all about that you love? Like, I'm just gonna let you have the puppy too. So I feel like not only do you hate the X less, you're actually getting something back from the X. In addition, I hate that you made that analogy so great, Andrew.

You know what I'm saying? No, it's true. I hate more than you hated him a year ago. Yeah, no, I get it.

You're right. Here's my nothing. All he's done was leave us and we've grown since then. And now also, you know, it's gonna be more if he comes down.

Here's something to say this. I will say this. If we start to dance with other teams and we have a chance at a draft pick and then he goes, yeah, never mind. I'm retired and that changes the whole capital.

Here's here's my question about their car coming back for a trade name because I was thinking of this during the Super Bowl because Will Campbell, the Patriots left tackle was horrific. He's been horrific the whole playoffs. He like set a record for like most pressures allowed in the playoffs, gave up like 14 pressures in the Super Bowl two sacks and got to be thinking like, Lumis is hot streak just continues because the Patriots they picked fourth and they clearly picked the wrong tackle. They could have picked Mumbo.

They could have big banks. They didn't either. The same Scott Banks banks is clearly better than Will Campbell. I hate to bang on you guys.

But here's my question to you. What pick could Lumis realistically get for Derek Carr, where you would be like, Oh my God, Lumis continues to be on a hot streak rolling the dice at the craft table. This is incredible. I can't believe he got this pick for Derek Carr.

What's realistic that you would that would that would shock you that could happen? I mean, there's no way somebody would give up a first round pick for a very old I'm gonna say, well, I'm gonna say what's what would realistically be the best that I could that would be amazing a second. I think I think a third is is I think it a third, man. I know what I think it is realistic.

I think a third is is right in the wheelhouse. I think a third is completely unrealistic. And if we were to get a third for Derek Carr, I would or David Carr as Ralph calls him. I would jump up.

I would I would second line naked in my living room. Yeah, third round's not gonna happen. But if it did, if a team was stupid enough to give up a third round, that would be the best case scenario. I have said, you know, a fifth round pick feels right in my gut.

And this isn't like scientific or anything based off history or because there's not a lot of history about a quarterback like Carr who's injured and basically retired and it's now coming back and has a massive contract. I just feel like a fifth feels like what you would get for that. If the Saints were able to get a fourth, I would be very pleasantly surprised. So to me, like a third would be crazy.

I mean, they know we couldn't, couldn't, couldn't, could be actors now in Vegas. Is that, does that mean? Yeah, but they get the first pick. They're gonna get me in those.

Like, I don't even know that Carr wants to go there. Like I think you can do, yeah, reunite with Derek Carr back in back in Vegas. Here's the thing with with Derek Carr. Would you, would you take a higher pick, Andrew, if it was Minnesota, because if you if we think the Saints have a potential to be a playoff team, Minnesota has a ready-built roster to be good.

They're quarterback sucked and they still went 98. Would you take a lesser pick from the Jets or Arizona or I don't know if Aaron Rodgers decides to retire, surprise and like the Steelers or would you take a third or a fourth from Minnesota and be like, whatever, because you, you, I'd be scared to give Minnesota like a life-rathic quarterback. Or would you just say, Nope, I'm taking the highest pick. I don't care who gives it to me.

Oh, I think you think you think that was phrased in the most, I was really having a lot of trouble tracking. I was one of the most awfully phrased questions I've ever heard. I'm saying, I'm sure I find. Yeah, I think what you meant was it presupposes though that Derek Carr would go to a team and just make them awesome, which I just I'm having a hard time following.

I'm having a hard time following that map. So well, to Dave's point, I think maybe you consider trading them the highest bidder because he's going to suck no matter where he goes. Yeah, yeah, yeah. But I say, you know, you know, I was gonna say, I was going to say, I'm going to opposite that.

Let's give him two R. Let's give him two R. Let's give him two R. Let's give him two R closest enemy.

That would make the rivalry amazing though. Like it was super like it was super charged. St. Falcons in 2026.

Have they ever? I feel like we have. Oh, we gave them Wayne Gandy. Wayne Gandy.

Yeah. That's it. And they tried to steal Raphael Bush, but we matched. That's not a trade.

That's not a trade. That's not a sign of poaching. But yeah, no, I mean, look, I would rather he go to the AFC, sure. But yeah, I'm not afraid of Derek.

So I would happily I wouldn't want to trade him in the division. I don't think I would bring it on. I welcome a challenge. You just want you just want two more times to hate him every year.

That's what I think with Dave once. Derek for Baker straight up guys. What would we do with Baker? I would do with Baker, but I would leave him.

Yeah, and I like this. I like this. Go on. All right.

So now it's time to do part two of our 2025 prediction recap. Thomas hit the little intro. There's no way to man. I thought we had an intro decision.

It's interesting. There's an intro. Rose always forgets by the way. When there's no way to get the intro.

All right. So what's first up then? All right. So who do you think the first prediction is going to be from tonight?

Andrew Andrew probably Kevin. That's Kevin because you have added he's not here. It's not going to be Andrew Kevin. Dave or Ralph is going to be from Butridge.

What if you want to check the timestamp on this? I'm going to say any Stutzman will log more defensive snaps defensive snap. I told defensive snaps and Pete were. You think I wasn't going to get that budge, huh?

You know, you know, he's wrong, but he shouldn't be embarrassed by that take. He was right in spirit. He starts Stutzman got a lot of snaps like this. This wasn't like, he shouldn't be embarrassed by this.

He was wrong. Yeah, but he was right in spirit. Like people people want to run off Warner. Some people want to run off to Mario Davis and like let's do Stutzman full time in 2026.

I mean, like Ralph is in Ralph embarrasses himself on the show on a hourly. Same to me too. Yeah, we'll get to that. That's my.

By the way, total aside, but Kevin's is with us here in speaking of in spirit. Kevin is with us here in spirit. My closet chum behind me. Yeah.

If you're watching on the other is watching on the YouTube. My bad. My bad. A patron sent me fatheads.

Notice the safety who will not be named fathead 42. I don't know if it's him up on the wall would be bad. Bad. We reap.

So we'll see. But that was from a patron. Thank you. So what's next?

What's next? All right. Speaking of bat takes next month on a roll. Oh, Jesus.

I think she he is going to get a contact extension before we. Wow. You're really. Wow.

Is he the first you the F.A. Santa win a Super Bowl, by the way? Yes. Yeah.

You know what's funny? It's funny. You asked that Thomas because we had a text chain going and this during the AFC championship. Yeah.

Dave texted me a text to group. He says, if little Jordan Humphrey makes the Super Bowl, do I win the U.D. F.A. Like is it all like?

Do we shut everything down? Do I win? Literally. And not only did he lose, but then she went to the Super Bowl and won.

So this is just another like spoke. Yeah. It's just another like thing in the long list of whatever Dave says, the opposite becomes true and he looks even more stupid. So, you know, this was a fail on like so many levels.

He didn't get an extension. He's not even on the team. Like I mean, that was an. I was Super Bowl with the other team.

Yeah. That's right. Thomas, I like how you gave me my great prediction last week about how the draft was amazing. It was going to transform.

You hit you. Let me have that win. And then you just come on back and next week and just kick me in the nuts. You're like, don't worry.

That's more. That's more rough. So I mean, there's more not kicking. So what's next time?

You know, what did you do to yourself? You kick yourself in them. That's really all right. What's better off for for one entry?

Next one is from Dave. Yeah. I'm gonna look into I'm gonna look into switching positions because look this I'm not gonna stand for this. I I vow to have the best audio, the best video of all of us.

I want to be the least I want to be the least problematic person for you to produce on this and over under over under when Dave gets the moran's fixed week 17 over before or after week next year. You mean after the nail. Come on. This is the only predation that counts, man.

That's the only one that I'm golden boy. Always always looking the best sounding the best. No issues. We even had any more and we even had any static issues since I got my new computer.

I don't know. Like they've been this cocky androids. It's it's it's bad enough. He's normal state, but when he's getting success like this, I don't like it.

I'm sure I'll be humbled shortly. What's next Thomas? We're going through those real fast. All right.

Next one. Next one from Rothy boy. Oh Lord. I'm gonna say this, Kevin.

I'm gonna put a prediction. Thomas, check the time stamp. Me and you are going to have the most fun breaking news podcast you have ever participated because the Saints are going to trade Carl Granderson to the Detroit Lions for a 2026 first round pick. That's very specific.

Mm hmm. Just saying that he was to be worse. And yeah. I feel like that was supposed to be like like you could throw that out there and she was the last time man.

But you were so confident about it. You were like check the time stamp. I don't mind if you were just like. Yeah.

I was starting to wonder if that happened if I had forgotten something. I mean, Hope Springs eternal. That was pretty much one was worse. Does she heat prediction or the Granderson for a first time?

Granderson was more preposterous. But the line is being terrible. This should be your lesson is not swing so big. Right.

Exactly. You're awful. And they're never right. Like rain it in a little bit, buddy.

Right. Club up club up and hit a little bit. I mean, I guess he was right. I should go above the draft.

Yeah. It's one of his. I get what am I like one for four? If I was a baseball player, I'd be back in like 250.

Here's the thing with Ralph like he'll no, no, I will. I will lower it. I hope this humbles you route because here's the thing. Like Ralph will have these takes just absolutely preposterous and he'll memory hold that.

He'll be like that never happened. I don't know what you're talking about. But then the one time he's right. He'll be like, Andrew, I called that.

I told you it was gonna happen. And it's like that's right. Ralph, you literally threw a thousand things against the wall and one of them stuck. But that's the one that he's gonna go hard to the hole on.

So life with Ralph. But I mean, it's like the guy who invented Twitter and sold it for like $3 billion. What else has he done in your life? You only got to be great one time.

Oh, he helped Facebook. Did you not watch that movie? He's like, he got a bunch of Facebook shares and was like a founder of Facebook. All right.

I feel like this is just gonna get somehow, this is gonna get worse. I don't know how. Anything else for us, Thomas? What's next?

All right. Next one. That's the name of Ralph. Only only Ralph show.

Jesus. Looking at the NFL offensive rookie of the year. Oh, I'm gonna give it to you. I'm gonna give this one to you.

Yeah. Yeah. But if you look at the Pepsi award, he did win that. And Thomas, that zoom of my face was disturbing.

I didn't know we were gonna. I don't know. I didn't know this was going to be one of the things. I actually texted you guys about this earlier, actually, because I got a text from the Saints today because I haven't I haven't renewed.

Did you guys renew your season tickets already? I did. I didn't realize I was on auto renew. Oh, no.

There you go. They got me. There you go. I still haven't done it.

I like to make them wait. I like to make them sweat it out a little bit. So they sent me a text today because the payment is due February 20th. But it says this is the New Orleans Saints.

It's time to renew your season tickets for the 2026 season with Tyler Shuck coming off his NFL Rookie of the Year win. And the Saints historic trip to Paris for the first NFL game in France. It should be up to the special year. His NFL Rookie of the Year.

Well, I didn't even see this. It doesn't even say offensive Rookie of the Year. It says he won the Rookie of the Year, which so first of all, he didn't win offensive Rookie of the Year. He won the Pepsi offensive, which I do not think counts.

And I don't think you should be saying that in your in your official marketing text messages. It's a little misleading, but it doesn't even say offensive. It says Rookie of the Year. So so the Saints center of the week, they have given Tyler Shuck.

Ratching the truth to the hour. No, they're just making shit up. I mean, they just they have they have retroactively given Tyler Shuck Rookie of the Rookie of the Year award. So there you go.

Okay. I was Thomas you can strap the story time segment now that David. No, I got no, that wasn't. Yeah.

What what's next Thomas? All right, final one. This is the best one. This is a long one.

Whoa, what was that? One minute long. This is the worst riles prediction ever guys. Nothing's gonna nothing's gonna top that.

Not even the grandest they have the engine. We're gonna be done by nine tonight. Yeah, we got we got one topic. Oh, I got how much do we want to bet on this?

I'll tell you how about this. We go if the show is not over by eight o'clock. Look, I don't really care if it is not, but this is not over eight o'clock. You're sending me one of those awards.

You have a deal. Thomas, you need to mark. Thomas, you need to mark this podcast when you go back and you do our terrible predictions for next year when you do that. We do that podcast that you're gonna be seriously like Ralph said, this thing would be an hour like basically basically like like a meteorologist would say, all right, the sun's gonna come up tomorrow.
