Hola apasionados del taekwondo, ¿Cómo están? Soy Luis Arroyo y al igual que ustedes soy un apasionado del taekwondo.Esta semana estuve probando un juego que ya tenía tiempo de no hacer en el doyang pero que es muy "poderoso" porque puedes estimular diferentes capacidades.Equilibrio, fuerza, combatividad, algo de técnica, y como puedes modificarlo tanto es poco probable que tus alumnos se aburran.Una parte fundamental del juego es que necesitas crear superficies de desequilibrio, en los últimos años se han puesto de moda esos círculos llamados "bosu".Los usan los preparadores físicos para estimular el trabajo del "core" y mejorar el equilibrio y la fuerza. Pues el chiste es que creemos uno de esos pero "low cost", ¿cómo? Yo uso balones medicinales pero también puedes utilizar dos paletas o palchaguis, superpuestos.El chiste es que estar arriba de ellos sea un poco complicado.Tendrás que colocar a los alumnos frente a frente sobre una de esas superficies. En el caso de que no tengas material pues podrás realizar el juego haciendo que los niños mantengan los pies en un solo punto o que mantengan el equilibrio sobre un solo pie.El juego y sus variaciones.Los niños frente a frente tienen que tocar la cabeza del otro, tocar la cabeza equivale a un punto. Puede ser tocar la espalda o la nariz. Y no necesariamente tienen que hacerlo con las manos, también pueden hacerlo con los pies. Estimularás la fuerza y el equilibrio.Sobre su "bosu" tendrán que tirar al otro niño, jalando o empujando con las manos o utilizando las piernas. Esto es muy divertido y si pones a los niños en posición de guardia tenderán a utilizar la famosa pierna de adelante tan utilizada en el combate de los tiempos que corren.Para estimular la técnica y la fuerza en las piernas. Un alumno hace una patada de frente en un solo pie, después su compañero de enfrente tiene que responder al reto haciendo una también. El que inició el reto tendrá que hacer dos, y después el de enfrente dos. Después tres, cuatro y así. Puede ser con patada de frente, patada de lado, elevar la pierna, etc.Todos contra todos. En vez de estar frente a frente distribuyes los "bosus" por toda el área. Puedes dejar uno o dos espacios disponibles para que los "conquisten". El objetivo será ir eliminando a los demás compañeros desequilibrándolos con los pies o con las manos.Como ves es un super juego que cumple con todo lo necesario para aportar en una clase de taekwondo o artes marciales.
