So last Friday was the biggest day in TCPAWorld history so far with the massive one-two punch of the FCC staying the new TCPA one-to-one rule literally just minutes before the Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals vacated the ruling altogether.  All of this minutes before the close of business the business night before the rule was set to go into effect today! My goodness.
