Designing A Workout For Fat Loss | Minisode #97
from The More Than Fitness Podcast With Matt McLeod · host Matt McLeod
When I'm designing workout plans for my clients, there's typically not much difference between making a plan for fat loss or for muscle gain. It simply doesn't make much sense to use your workouts for fat loss since it isn't as efficient as paying closer attention to your diet. That said, it doesn't mean we can't EVER design a workout to bias fat loss over strength/performance/muscle gain. So in this Minisode, I cover exactly what differences I would make and how you can implement these in your own workouts. I get super specific, starting with the warm-up and ending with finishers, so you'll definitely walk away from this one with info you can use. Hope it helps!
