Welcome back to Searching Inward.   In this episode, we talk about Desire, Our Story, and how our paradigms are formed.  Our paradigms are formed at an early age and are often unconscious filters for the way we view reality and how we view ourselves.   As we begin to heal we start to see how our paradigms are holding us back, and start to experience the hope of what living with a new paradigm would look like. We also unpack how being in a small group shifts us from being isolated in toxic shame, to being known and having our true Self mirrored to us so a new paradigm can be formed.
