Desperation for our God
from PSP Hosted by Jerry Beerman
Jerry Beerman from Alluring Glass leads us in PSP: Prayer, Scripture, Perspective. Mark 10: 17-31. Jerry asks of us the same question that Jesus asks the rich, young ruler: Will you sell everything to come and follow me? This question convicts us as we consider the things in which we put our hope: our accomplishments, our wealth, or our God? Jerry shares times when he felt desperate. In what places do you feel desperate? What areas in your life should you feel desperate? Let's become desperate enough to rely only on the Lord so we may go out and work to make the Kingdom come in our city.
