Despite neighbors’ opposition, Plan Commission backs west side development

Concerned parents flooded public comment Monday evening, as Madison’s Plan Commission weighed a proposal to construct two mixed-use buildings next to a Montessori school on the city’s west side. Construction would expose young children to sound and air pollution, opponents warned.
