Destination 1: Coffs Harbour (Part 1)

To kick off our Destination series, where we cover a select waterway in Australia and its fishing prospects, we land on Coffs Harbour, Australia.  Coffs Harbour is a city on the north coast of New South Wales. It's known for its beaches and the Big Banana monument and amusement park. In the waters off Coffs Harbour Marina is the Solitary Islands Marine Park, home to abundant wildlife, including our target species for todays podcast - the Spanish Mackerel, Cobia, Kingfish and Tailor. The boys dive deep into Michael's archives to nut out a plan for fishing one of the most productive spots on the East Coast.
