This time, Deborah Howell catches up with Gaye Saxon who grew up in marvelous Rotorua, New Zealand.  We'll take you on a thrilling canopy zipline tour, roll inside the "Zorb" ball (see photo), feed the lambs at the Agridome, catch rainbow trout in the sparkling lakes, paddle over the highest falls, and wind up at Eat Street--a no-cars block of exotic restaurants that's covered so you won't get wet!
