Destiny's Child
from The Permission Portal Hosted by Julia Henning
In the premiere episode, host Julia Henning dives deep into the birth of The Permission Portal and the emotional labor it took to get there. Portals are opened, masks come off, and destinies are fulfilled. Casual! In this solo session, Julia breaks down the portal with some grounding in Good Juju, storytelling in Sacred Space, and discernment in Do You Grok It. Even if you're used to performing for massive audiences or you're the life of the party, taking up space is scary. Talking about it is even harder. In this episode, we hone in on the permission for sacred self-expression. Julia Henning is a Los Angeles-based certified life coach and retreat leader with a Master's degree in psychology. With over a decade of holistic wellness experience, I revel in the chance to hold healing space. In combining my passion for the human condition, wisdom of self-development, psychological education, and a plethora of eclectic life experiences, I invite you into a permission-filled collaboration with your purpose and pleasure.
