Bubbly, cute and fun loving she was a transplant to Chicago from Mississippi in the prime of her life.  She had a young son who was staying with her parents back in Mississippi at the time she was murdered. She worked hard and loved to socialize in her neighborhood. But Chicago can be a rough place for those not familiar with it. Becky, whether she knew it or not, may have put herself in harm's way.
