Detention Center in Your Backyard
from La Coalición Hosted by Inland Coalition for Immigrant Justice
Introducing the Shut Down Adelanto Coalition. In this episode, our hosts are joined by members of the SDA Coalition, Luis Nolasco (ACLU) and Margaret Hellerstien (free agent). They share some history of the Adelanto ICE Processing Center, the mission of the Coalition, and why they personally believe the Detention Center must be shut down. To find out more about SDA, visit shutdownadelanto.org or stay up to date on social media, @ic4ij! Interested in receiving updates on the #ShutDownAdelanto campaign?
