Speaker: Pastor Nick Synopsis: This morning we continue in our series called "Detours and the Way of Jesus" where we look at the life of a man named Joseph, from the book of Genesis, and some of Jesus' teaching in the Sermon on the Mount. Sometimes it feels like following God is full of pits and detours - but what if all of that contributes to the path and plan that God has us on? Today we diving into a whole lot of scripture to get to the root of TRUSTING GOD! We're going to be in Matthew 6 to talk about fear and anxiety and then over to Genesis 40 & 41 to continue to the story of Joseph. We're also headed out to nature to talk about bamboo farming and the oldest tree in the world. How could this all possibly tie together?? Stick with us to find out!
