Detroit unveils $58 million plan to repair 54 miles of roads across the city

Detroit is launching a $58 million road improvement program this year, with 140 projects covering 54 miles of major roads and neighborhood streets. The work includes resurfacing, reconstruction, two streetscape projects and restoration of a historic brick street in Virginia Park, as city leaders continue efforts to improve road conditions.
