Deuteronomy

Today Pastor Mark gives an overview of the book of Deuteronomy....The Book of Laws.  These laws were for the children of Israel and need to be considered in that context.  Chapters 1-11 are Historical, Chapters 13-28 Moral and Legal and the last 8 chapters are Prophetical.  Written by Moses, Deuteronomy is a call to Covenant Faithfulness. Concentrating on the "Shema" we can learn so much of what God was telling them, but also telling us about obeying, being fully devoted and God being the only true God.
