Devan McConnell- Digging Deeper with the Data

Highlights of Episode Special Episode 229.5   "Hit The Gym with a Strength Coach" Segment Devan McConnell (Mass Lowell, Head Hockey Performance Coach) is on to talk about the 2 things we are doing to benefit theHumboldt Broncos Junior Hockey Team Memorial Fund. The team was  involved in a serious bus accident on April 6, 2018 where there were 16 fatalities confirmed out of the 29 passengers. We talked about: Devan's webinar "Digging Deeper with the Data"  Subjective Data Jump Profiling Heart Rate Data Velocity Based Training He takes a look at all four pieces from the front end and the back end. All proceeds from the sales of the webinar (and T-shirts) will go to the Memorial Fund.   We also are doing a T-Shirt fundraiser that ends on Monday, April 30th. Although we did not know anyone in this horrific tragedy, we wanted to try to do whatever we could to help out in any way we can.
