Develop a BACON MINDSET

from BACON BITS with Master Happiness · host Master Happiness

There are two sides to every coin and two sides to every person. Part of us wants to learn, grow, and keep evolving, and part of us doesn’t. The Growth Mindset was coined by Stanford Psychologist #CarolDweck. She explains how everyone leans a little more in one direction or the other. And that no one is 100% one way or the other. In other words, we all have the capability to grow if we desire to do so and are willing to put in the work. Any of us can learn to become better, stronger, and more fulfilled. It all comes down to attitude and effort. There is a comfort in giving up and a coziness in never trying. But that leads to disappointment and regret. Learning to try, fail, and try again can be exhausting but it can also be enriching and rewarding. Understand that it is okay to fall and ask for help. Take failure and criticism as opportunities to become the best version of yourself. It will be difficult to change, and you will find many reasons to quit. Let’s see if a little bit of BACON can help you do it and help you through it. B – Be Patient! All good things are worth waiting for! A – Avoid dwelling in the past! It’s over! C – Cut off those who PULL you down! Get friends that LIFT you up! O – Obliterate jealousy. Stop comparing yourself to others! N – No regrets! Only lessons! Believe THAT and you’ll NEVER lose! Life is filled with sadness, fear, and anger. If you want to be truly HAPPY…Fight for it! www.MasterHappiness.com www.WhatsYourBacon.com #SalesCoach #PublicSpeaking #Keynote #Career #Relationships #MasterHappiness #Jalove #Bacon #WRLR #BaconBits #MartyJalove #WhatsYourBACON #Mindset #Growth
