Think you can trust what you see and hear with your own eyes and ears? Perhaps you can do well enough, but how you interpret the information is another matter. That has been shaped for all of us long before we ever became aware of it by factors we almost never pay attention to. The danger is that we assume God sees, hears, and understands the way we do and therefore agrees with us. He is on record as saying...My ways are not your ways, neither are your thoughts.
