Developing Female Leaders

For every 100 men, only 72 women are promoted and hired for a manager role in America. According to McKinsey’s Women in the Workplace 2019 report, progress at the top is constrained by a “broken rung.” The biggest obstacle women face on the path to senior leadership is the first promotion to a manager-level role. Creating programs to develop female leaders is imperative.
