In today's leadership spark, I spoke with Martin Moore, former CEO of CS Energy and author of No Bullsh*t Leadership. We discussed the frustration behind the lack of practical guidance for desirable leadership attributes, and the detrimental effects of leaders who attend training programs but do nothing different.
