The company has exclusive licensing rights to three liver disorder programs from the University of Pennsylvania’s Gene Therapy Program and an option to license more than 10 additional candidates. We spoke to Joe Truitt, CEO of iECURE, about its in vivo gene editing therapies, its focus on liver diseases, and how it’s leveraging its partnership with Penn’s Gene Therapy Program.
