Developing Melodic Sense

In this episode, episode 26, Pete demonstrates a simple yet very effective exercise that helps to develop melodic sense. The exercise is deceptively simple, so don’t be fooled. You will benefit from this regardless of your experience level. Since there are no ‘right’ or ‘wrong’ notes to play, this exercise enables us to learn in the most efficient way possible – through play, just as we did as infants.
