Abstract: This article discusses how organizations can develop skills in their employees that cannot be replicated by artificial intelligence (AI) and automation technologies. It explores three categories of skills that are likely to withstand the rise of AI: creative and design skills, social and emotional skills, and adaptability and lifelong learning. Practical guidance is provided for cultivating these skills through targeted training and developing a learning culture.
