The oil and gas industry is increasing operations in the Rio Grande Valley with refineries, pipelines, compressor stations, and LNG export facilities. This episode is a reflection on the March 8, 2018, Rio Grande LNG Air Permit Public Meeting that happened in Brownsville, Texas.
