DEVELOPMENT NOTE — Fast Track housing

Civic Desk Weekly follows the decisions shaping everyday life in New York City—from housing and transportation to schools, public services, and City Hall. We turn public records and local developments into clear, source-backed reporting that explains what’s happening, who’s affected, and what remains uncertain. Our goal is simple: help New Yorkers understand the decisions that affect their lives and hold the people making them accountable.
