DevLog EP 40 - Over Engineered When Developing (Full Stack Developer Wannabe Series)

from Lalapolalaa Newb · host Lalapolalaa Newb

It could be something good & bad at the same time in my opinion. If you are in the middle of learning new things, then over engineered is good. There's no 'too much' when in the process of learning something. The more you know, the better you gonna get.  So that's where I'm right now. If I always just gonna feel like it's enough. Then, I won't get to learn a lot of new things in depth. And do it correctly. Instead, all my work gonna be left like just enough. That's why I put all my efforts when doing something. Even when learning new things. So when the time comes for me to build a website, I want it to be a very awesome website than just a website. Anyway, this is just my way of doing it. Yours could be different. My advice would be, learn at your own pace. You're not competing with anyone else but yourself. So be yourself and embrace it dearly :-)

Welcome to Magnifique, your favorite fashion lovers podcast. My names Gabrielle and I’m a fashion industry newb, though I’ve loved playing dress up for as long as I can remember. The fashion industry is an intimidating space, filled with elitist know-it-alls, it's hard to feel invited to learn about the rich history behind modern-day fashion.I started this podcast because time after time, I've tried to find podcasts to learn more about hmm: how Gilded Age fashion influences modern-day attire, or Marc Jacobs being the reason for Louis Vuittons ready-to-wear line, OR how Levi Strauss pioneered Western Denim…and I'm met with a graveyard of results. I can't find anything! So I guess if I want something in this niche, I must do it myself. I invite you to join me as I expand my knowledge of the fashion space. Together we'll kinda be geniuses of fashion.
