I've to admit that this is true to some level. But that doesn't mean you can't do anything about it. There always gonna be a way or two you could improve your workflow even if you can't directly speak or communicate with someone. That's why for me, knowing how document everything correctly could save others than wasting their time doing something that they shouldn't be doing in the first place. This is just my 2cents by the way. Everyone got their way of doing things.
