The gospel draws us to live in devoted and self sacrificial friendships with other Christians that are centered on Christ. The spiritual disciplines put us in a rhythm to keep Christ at the center of our friendships. It’s only when Christ is at the center of our friendships, we serve to advance the Kingdom of God.
