Deyufang Sophie 德育坊 || The practice of compassion and gratitude and its connection with the opening of the central channel

The practice of compassion and gratitude and its connection with the opening of the central channel. I touched upon quite a few deep practices, each of them takes long and dedicated time to develop and feel it. It’s not super organized to our mind, if the mind can understand it then it wouldn’t be deep practices. Feel and practice it without engaging the mind, feel free to contact me and share your experience of these practices. Officially For more lessons, visit our website: http://deyfangcentre.com/ 💬 Follow &Chat with us Email ➜[email protected] Phone➜ +65 6956 6548 Instagram ➜deyufangsophie Facebook ➜deyufangsophie LinkedIn ➜deyufangsophie Tiktok ➜deyufangsophie Youtube➜deyufangsophie Wechat➜/ 德育坊Sophie的修行分享
