皆様、こんにちは。今年も、残すところ、あとわずかですね。　弁護士放送では、今回を含めてあと３回音声配信しようと思います。　さて、前回に引き続き向井通浩さんにゲストとして出演いただきました。　今回は、タワーマンション関連について放送予定でしたが、向井さんがゲストということもあり、前回に引き続き民泊の話をしています。　今回の放送を収録してから時間が経過しての配信になってしまいましたので、放送では、最新情報を反映できていませんが、２０１６／１０／２４現在の情報では、高層マンション増税に関し、以下の内容で政府・与党が検討しているようです。未だ決定したわけではないですので、決定しましたら、弁護士放送でも紹介したいと思います。・２０１８年以降に引き渡す新築物件で、２０階建て以上の高層マンションを対象に、増税を検討する。・高層マンションの評価額について、低層階では段階的に引き下げ、中層階では現行制度と同じとし、高層階では段階的に引上げることを検討する。投稿第052回タワーマンション節税及び民泊については弁護士放送Podcast に最初に表示されました。
