アートロックフリーザー導入企業の株式会社泉州屋生島様にインタビューを行いました。同社は大阪で果物・野菜・水産物の中卸をされており、昨年4月には冷凍専用の工場を建設しフルーツの加工も行っています。規格外のフルーツを冷凍加工し菓子製造などに活用し付加価値をつけることで生産者が農業を持続しやすい仕組みを構築したいと語るほか、海外への水産品の輸出も好調とのこと。冷凍技術を活かして国内外への安定供給を実現している事例と今後の展望を伺いました。
