第82回タトゥー・刺青と医療行為について

皆様　お疲れサマー夏もそろそろ終わりが近づいてきましたね。今回は、タトゥー・刺青について、お話させていただきました。最近では、タトゥー・刺青が普通のことになってきたともいわれますが、従前、法的には、タトゥー・刺青を施術することに資格が必要なのかが問題となっていました。タトゥー・刺青を入れたことがある方はわかるかと思いますが、痛いでしょうし、皮膚が腫れたりもすることがあります（実際にヨシカワが入れたことはないので、詳しいことはわかりませんが）。そこで、今回は、タトゥー・刺青の施術が医療行為であり、医師ではない者による施術が医師法に違反するのではないかが問題となった裁判例をご紹介させていただきます。タトゥー・刺青は、やはり一度入れてしまうと後戻りできないところがデメリットなのですが、それが魅力でもあるのでしょうね。投稿第82回タトゥー・刺青と医療行為については弁護士放送Podcast に最初に表示されました。
