Israel’s defence minister, Benny Gantz, begins his first official visit to Morocco on Wednesday. He hopes to sell combat drones and a drone-shield. (Unconfirmed reports also suggest that the two countries might agree to set up a joint military base somewhere on the Mediterranean coast.)
