"I don't have type 2 diabetes - type 2 diabetes has me." In 2000, Della was officially diagnosed with diabetes after collapsing on the set of the hit TV show "Touched By An Angel". Since then, she's battled with her health to fight against wheelchair confinement. Her rep claims she's still able to walk and refuses to be confined.
