Joe Rizzo brings you baseball. Riz & Jeff "The Dawg" Healy rang in 2021 with their first show of the new year, talked about the end of 2020, and surveyed the slow landscape of the Hot Stove, where there has not been much action. Will the season start on time, and will the games be played? The guys used other sports as an example, plus broke down the financial aspect to determine the answer. This show had a unique start, as Dawg presented Veteran of the Day and it became the entire first segment of the show. Jerry Coleman is in the US Marine Corps Sports Hall of Fame, and is in the Baseball HoF as the 2005 winner of the Ford C. Frick Award for his broadcast work, mainly with the San Diego Padres. The guys recapped his three amazing career, as a Marine who fourth both in World War II and the Korean War, as a four-time World Series champion infielder with the New York Yankees, and his amazing time behind the microphone.
