習慣依賴3C產品的人，在不知不覺中，會逐漸地縮短注意力集中的時間，不僅容易顯得沒耐性與焦躁，同時與他人交流的能力也會減弱。雖然現代人接收到的知識量、訊息量很大，但是知見往往是不深刻且很淺薄，不容易有獨特的見解。因為被大量的訊息帶著走，根本沒有多餘的時間深入探索某些事情，或者深刻與系統性的去理解某些事情，進而洗鍊出自己的獨特知見。另外一個更嚴重的影響，就是智商會逐漸地降低。所以我們要把寶貴的時間多用在值得的事與人上，不可輕忽此問題的嚴重性！
