Draco has been snatching dragons from the village. Huxley goes to find his best friend Champion arch thrower Percival. Draco and his son Dragga cheat by using hypnosis to snatch dragons and clip their wings. Arrietyy's new friend Ripples (a dog/dragon) is teaching her telepathy to bend the will of items to come to her.
