Dick's Popup, Don Luchos Peruvian, Seattle News & Dining Out for Life - Ep029

In this week's episode of the Find Me in Seattle Podcast we have lots to recap as the smoke fire begins to clear, and rain is in the forecast.  The Meal of the Week comes from Don Luchos Peruvian Restaurant in the Maple Leaf neighborhood. The meal started with a Passion Fruit Pisco Sour, Lomo Saltado, Rotisserie Chicken, and Ceviche. Every Thursday Don Luchos hosts a special popup featuring a local chef to show off a fushion of Peruvian flavors. This week was Chef Joe Tuesta who made Japanese Peruvian fusion sushi rolls.
