The Trustee in Jenn Kamp’s Washington bankruptcy case has filed a motion to dismiss her case or transfer it to Utah. The basis is that the Trustee doesn’t believe Jenn Kamp, and certainly doesn’t believe she had resided in Washington long enough prior to filing for bankruptcy in Tacoma. Jenn Kamp’s attorney is arguing her case should not be dismissed or transferred, but should stay in Washington where it belongs.
