Did Jesus Refer to Josephus?

One of the key pieces of historical evidence for the existence of Jesus is the work of the great first century Jewish historian Josephus. He mentions Jesus twice, once in speaking of his life and the other about the death of James. But did he really? Skeptics such as Richard Carrier would suggest that the evidence has disproven this.
