Did Plagueis Learn to Create Life from the Brendok Coven?

During the course of The Acolyte, we witnessed the first on-screen appearance of Darth Plagueis the Wise. In Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith, Palpatine claims that Plagueis could use the Force to create life. In The Acolyte we learn that Mae and Osha were created by Mother Aniseya by means of the Force. Did Plagueis teach the coven the secret, or did he learn it from them? If we go by what has been said in Star Wars Legends, could this knowledge, however learned, lead to the creation of Anakin Skywalker himself? Join me!
