Did you know?

from Box Elder News Journal's Podcast

March 8 is the start of Daylight Saving Time, which begins at 2:00 A.M. that day. If your area observes it, don’t forget to “spring forward” and set the clocks one hour ahead, or you may find yourself an hour late to everything! Daylight Saving Time was originally implemented in 1918 to conserve fuel during World War I, not for farmers, and was proposed by Benjamin Franklin in 1784 to save candle wax. While most of the U.S. shifts clocks forward in March and back in November, Arizona and Hawaii do not observe it.Article Link
