Of particular note was the evolution of the Mark Pi’s brand into regional powerhouse and the role played by Hilliard government at the time.We then talk a little bit about the direction of city development during that era. How connectivity evolved through the ebb and flow of the zoning process and a desire to make a safer, more welcoming city for business and families.Lastly, we touched on the discussions now taking place in city government regarding charter changes and Roger’s history with various departments and their structure over the years.
