Didache: The Way of Life of the Early Christians

Lydia and Andrew dig into the Didache, the oldest Christian text outside of the New Testament. This first century A.D. manual for discipleship and worship was lost to history for 1500 years, until it was rediscovered in 1873 by a Greek biblical scholar named Philotheos Bryennios. The Didache offers us a window into the life of the earliest Christian churches. It also connects believers today with our spiritual fathers and mothers from generations going all the way back to the time of the apostles.
