"Die Doku machen wir im nächsten Sprint, oder in dem danach, ach ne, da müssen wir ein paar Bugs fixen. Aber wir machen die noch. Hat ganz hohe Prio." Und wieder ist das einzige Teammitglied, das beim Thema Doku sprintet, ein:e Redakteur:in: Den Informationen hinterher, den Projektleiterinnen, den Entwicklern, der Deadline und zur Kaffeemaschine. Aber was ist das denn überhaupt - "Doku"? Welche Arten von Dokumentation gibt es? Wann ist welche relevant? Wofür braucht es den Redakteur und was kann eine Entwicklerin, PL oder PO beisteuern? Und gibts da nicht auch was mit KI? Ich will versuchen, euch diese Fragen zu beantworten und ein bisschen Brücken bauen zwischen Entwicklung und Redaktion. Damit wir es am Ende alle ein bisschen leichter haben und öfter mal gemeinsam einen Kaffee trinken, statt uns übereinander aufzuregen.
