Episode Description

Vince Staub, MS, CRM, CCP, is a distinguished executive and leader with over 30 years of experience in risk management, compliance, corporate security, and Environmental Health & Safety (EHS). As the President of Risk Managers International and a Managing Partner at Make the Shift Consulting Group, he drives innovative strategies that enhance organizational resilience. Vince's career began at age 16 as a YMCA Day Camp leader, laying the foundation for his lifelong dedication to leadership. He has held prominent roles, including Chief Risk & Security Officer for a major multinational semiconductor company and National Faculty Member at The National Alliance for Insurance Education and Research. With a Doctor's Degree in Strategic Leadership and multiple certifications, Vince combines extensive knowledge with a passion for community service, serving on various boards and leading youth leadership initiatives.
