from Marketing for Small Business Hosted by B2Mind
In this podcast episode, we delve into several intriguing topics Summarizing, we find 3 differences in different aspects of the strategy: Difference 1 In research, we discovered that the target group for B2B is more comprehensive because we are dealing with a buying committee, and purchases are purely rational, which is not commonly seen in B2C. Difference 2 The creative strategy requires two different approaches. Brand relevance is based on a unique point of view for B2B, while brand recall for B2C is based on a unique communication proposition. Brand recall in B2B only serves as an additional point and is not relevant in the decision-making process. Difference 3 The buyer journey for B2B is much more complex as we will be working with a committee of 3, 4, or more people who will make the purchasing decision.
