Since entering Parliament, he has been Minister of State for Prisons & Probation, Lord Chancellor, Solicitor General, Secretary of State for Justice and Secretary of State for Wales. He also chaired the All Party Parliamentary Group on Autism, and in February launched the Buckland Review of Autism Employment to ensure that autistic people are given the support they need to enter the workforce.
