Digging Deeper: Measuring D&I Beyond Demographics - May 25, 2017

The next meeting of the Commission on Economic Inclusion's Diversity Professionals Group will feature a presentation on "Digging Deeper: Measuring D&I Beyond Demographics" with Charmaine Brown, president & founder of Connexions Consulting, Inc. In this session, we will: Learn industry trends that are radically shifting how organizations are setting a new pathway for outcomes based measurement; Explore ways to measure diversity & inclusion beyond the traditional demographics in order to achieve greater impact and outcomes; Offer effective strategies for improving meaningful data, analysis, and strategic assessments to evaluate successful outcomes. The Commission's Diversity Professionals Group (DPG) is composed of senior-level staff from Commission-member organizations responsible for developing and implementing diversity management goals and initiatives within their organizations. The group holds forums for constructive problem-solving, the sharing of best practices, and networking and participating in educational programs about diversity and inclusion issues.
