It was great to sit with my former student Anh Pham as we talked about her consulting firm Katch and how she helps people start, manage, build, and grow their businesses. We also discussed the importance of language in business and how she works with clients to learn idiomatic expressions of different ethic and immigrant groups' languages which can be an important aspect of communication and trust in obtaining customers, patients and clients.
